The Hidden

What do Matt and Jess's experiences tell us about colonial Australia?

  1. I think it means that it was very rough and the population didn't abide the law.

  3. I think that the fair share of aboriginies is not being recommended. They have no share in the land since the british broke the law by saying that there are no people on the land.

  4. I believe that many, perhaps most of the people in colonial Australia (mainly Aboriginis)where treated incredibly poorly, and most white men had no regard for the local incabitants' feelings. I also agree with Jack in saying that no-one followed the law. (as was shown when weatherstone heard the news of how it became illegal to send divers without proper suits)
